🦉 VibeNote Complete Guide for Note Collections

I. Create a Note Collection (Step ①–③) 📂

  1. On the App homepage, go to the My Note Collections section and tap the More button 🔘 in the upper-right corner.

  2. On the note collection list page, tap the orange Create Note Collection button at the bottom 🟠.

  3. Fill in the collection name, set a cover image, configure visibility permissions, then tap Done in the upper-right corner to finish creation ✅.

Permission Notes 💡

• 🔒 Private: Only you can view and edit it. • 👥 Partially Visible: Visible to selected friends, groups or team members. • 🌐 Public Release: After review, it can be searched and viewed by all users on the platform square.

II. View and Use Note Collections (Step ④–⑤) 👀

  1. Enter the note collection page and switch to the Created by Me tab to view all your created note collections 📁.

  2. Tap a collection to open its detail page, which displays all added documents and notes. You can view them in bulk and search content 🔍.

III. Two Ways to Add Notes to a Note Collection

Method 1: Add from Document / Image Page (Step ⑥–⑧) 🖼️

  1. Locate the target document in the homepage document list and open its detail page.

  2. Tap the circular icon in the upper-right corner to bring up the action menu ⚙️.

  3. Select Add to Note Collection, pick the target collection and confirm the addition ➕.

Method 2: Import Existing Notes Inside a Collection (Step ⑨–⑩) 📥

  1. Open the detail page of an existing note collection.

  2. Tap the orange Import Notes button 🟧.

  3. In the note selection pop-up, check the notes you want to add and save your selection ☑️.
