Concept: Note collections are not simple folders, but personal knowledge bases.
Construction method: Notes can be created by dimension such as project, parent-child, or life, and relevant notes can be dropped in.
Core function: Directly ask questions about note collections, and the AI will only analyze the specified content and output results that are both professional and not off-topic.
Key settings: Voice signature input
Operation path: Click "My" → Find "My Voice Signature" → Record a segment of your own voice.
Function: After inputting, the AI can automatically recognize what you are speaking and register the speaker's label each time you record.
Practical recording records: Three steps for live recording
First step: (photo): Take a photo of the PPT or whiteboard and directly insert it into the recording.
Second step: (keywords): When inspiration strikes, quickly jot down the keywords without disturbing the recording.
Third step: Mark key points: When the boss mentions the core indicators, click "Mark Key Points", and the AI will give this content a special privilege and focus on it when summarizing.
Processing after recording completion
Add additional recording: If not finished or want to merge this audio into existing notes, click the corresponding position, which can ensure the continuity of the content chain.
Editing: If the recording time is too long, there are unnecessary or unwanted segments, enter the editing page to divide, delete, or trim them.
Generate summary and optimization
Generate summary: Click "Generate Summary".
Change perspective summary: If the default result is not appropriate, click "Change Perspective Summary", and the built-in AI brain covers a vast number of scenarios such as customer visits, learning growth, parent-child communication, and meeting review. Enthusiasts can use "My Scenarios" to write their own prompt words and customize their own summary dimensions.
Questioning and merging: If you are not satisfied with the summary details, you can ask questions; if you are satisfied with the questioning result, click "Merge Summary", and the AI will smoothly integrate the new answer into the original summary framework.
Exploration section： Post-processing tools
Cards: AI automatically extracts the core knowledge points of the conversation and links them to the original position, and you can go back to the recording site if you don't understand something by clicking.
Visual comic: Click to generate a comic, and AI can instantly restore the conversation scene,making the meeting summary as interesting as reading a comic strip
Global translation: For multinational meetings or foreign language materials, support one-click translation of the full summary, eliminating language barriers.
