📝 Steps
🔧 Access the Settings Page Open the app, go to the Me tab, scroll down and tap Settings.
🔥 Open Hot Word Management In the settings menu, select Hot Word Management.
📚 Go to Personal Lexicon The page contains two sections: Industry Lexicon and Personal Lexicon. Tap the orange + Personal Lexicon button.
✏️ Add Custom Industry Entries In the pop-up "Add Entry" input box, enter technical terms, jargon, specific names, etc. Tap Confirm in the upper-right corner to save and activate the entry.
💡 Feature Description Hot Word Management lets you manage built-in industry terms and custom vocabulary, which improves the accuracy of text recognition and speech-to-text transcription.
📡 Industry Lexicon Pre-built categorized lexicons including telecom, cleanroom terminology and more. Toggle the switch to enable automatic recognition of common industry terms with no manual entry required. Lexicon content updates continuously.
🧩 Personal Lexicon (Custom Entries) • Purpose: Add names, places, niche technical terms to greatly boost accuracy for speech-to-text and image text recognition. • Entry Rules: Supports Chinese-only, English-only, mixed Chinese and English, and alphanumeric combinations. A Chinese entry can be up to 10 characters; an English phrase is limited to 50 characters and 6 words. Batch import limit: 20 words at a time.
